Back by popular demand, the January 2009 Greendrinks will again return to Seattle’s neighborhoods! On 13 January, we will split up the group to all neighborhoods of the city, so you can meet your neighbors and learn more about what’s going on vis-a-vis environmental issues in your ‘hood. Want one in your neighborhood? Email info@seattlegreendrinks.org and we’ll get you on your way. As usual, the January Greendrinks will run from 5:30pm until 8pm.
The featured non-profit for January will be none other than us, Seattle Greendrinks! And to help folks get motivated, we’re throwing down a neighborhood challenge: whichever neighborhood raises the most for Seattle Greendrinks at the January Greendrinks will get their choice, at the next neighborhood Greendrinks, of Chris & his Sierra Nevada beer, Kelly & her Kestrel wine, or Gracie & her Snoqualmie wine. Second place will get second choice, and third place will get third place, and best of all, all proceeds benefit Seattle Greendrinks.

We will re-connect as a full group in February, when Greendrinks will be hosted by Grist.
