Raspberries, Blueberries, Tayberries, Gooseberries and Strawberries are all in season at your neighborhood Farmers Market
Please join Chef Jerry Traunfeld of Poppy as he takes on the market challenge of creating signature recipes using fresh local berries in both sweet and savory dishes. The cooking demo takes place at the Broadway Sunday Farmers Market this Sunday, July 12 and starts at noon. The event is free and open to the public and recipes will be provided. Seating is limited, so it is advised to arrive early.
The Broadway Sunday Farmers Market takes place every Sunday through December 20. Hours are 11 am – 3 pm.
The Broadway Sunday Farmers Market is located on Capitol Hill – on the corner of Broadway and East Thomas – in the parking lot behind the Bank of America.
